Good morning! At Mir.es, time out begins with breakfast. Choose from a wide range of delicacies from our breakfast buffet to fill your plate according to your taste.
With bread that the village baker seems to have just taken out of the oven, with freshly brewed coffee or aromatic tea and with lots of sweet and savoury treats. Enjoy the start of the day.
And don't worry - for early risers and for those who prefer to stay in bed longer, our lunch box is waiting.

Whether it's a small breakfast or a big gourmet meal - at our Mir.es breakfast buffet, foodies young and old will find what they're looking for. Enjoy yourself, because if you want to experience great adventures in the mountains, you need to start the day strong.
Our breakfast buffet for connoisseurs is available from 7.45 am to 10.00 am. If possible, we like to use regional South Tyrolean quality products that are in season. For guests in the hotel rooms breakfast is included, for guests in our apartments we charge 14 Euro.
Snacks for early and late risers

Are you planning a sunrise hike? Then why not simply have breakfast at the summit - with our Early Bird Box, an early riser's breakfast to go.
You are welcome to let us know the evening before what you would like and we will prepare your "bag of goodies" for you. This lunch service is of course also available for all late risers ;).
