Rates

Our rates are per room for 1 person or per apartment for 2 persons per day.

Minimum stay

The minimum stay is 3 nights.

For short stays of less than 3 nights we charge a surcharge of 10 %.

Reservations & Bookings

Please note that we are unfortunately unable to guarantee room numbers.

Children (in parents' room (double room) with 2 full-paying adults)

• 0-2 years: free of charge

• 3-5 years: 80 % reduction

• 6-15 years: 40 % reduction

Children and additional persons (apartment)

• 0-2 years: free of charge

• 3-5 years: 12,00€

• 6-15 years: 19,00€

• from 16 years: 24,00€

Local tax

In addition to the room rate, a local tax of € 2,90 per night is charged for each guest over 14 years of age. This tax can only be paid on site.

Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass

The Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass is an advantage card, which is included in the room price.

​

What is the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass?

The Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass is an advantage card for everybody, which offers you different services without extra costs.

​

Included services:

• Use of all public transportation throughout South Tyrol: all city and extra - urban buses

• Regional trains in South Tyrol (Brenner/Brennero - Trento, Mals/Malles - Innichen/San Candido). The card is not valid on Italian InterRegional trains or on OEBB, DB, Eurostar or Intercity trains.

• The PostBus Switzerland between Mals/Malles und Müstair

• The cable cars to Ritten/Renon, Meransen/Maranza, Mölten/Meltina, Vöran/Verano and Kohlern/Colle

• The narrow-gauge railway in Ritten/Renon and the cable railway up to the Mendel Mountain

• One free admission to about 80 museums in South Tyrol.

Apartment facilities

All apartments are equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, bed linen and towels.

​

Breakfast

For overnight guests in the hotel rooms breakfast is included in the rate. For guests of our apartments, we charge 17,00 € per person and day for our rich breakfast buffet.

Speck platter

In the evening, we also offer our guests a typical South Tyrolean speck platter in our cosy "Stübele".

​

Final cleaning

For the final cleaning of our apartments, we charge a one-time fee of 45,00 €.

Booking & reservation

For a binding reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount booked is required. The remaining amount is paid directly at the accommodation on site. Up to the total amount of € 4.999,99, cash payment is allowed in Italy and is preferred by us.  Credit cards and EC cards are also accepted.

Cancellation and travel insurance

Unfortunately, something unexpected can happen. To protect yourself financially, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

​

We ask for your understanding that we have to charge a part of the costs in case of no-show. Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before departure. After this period, the deposit remains in full with the accommodation provider. In the event of early departure, the entire booking period will be charged.

Check-in and check-out

Your room and apartment are ready for occupancy from 2 pm. If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance.

On the day of departure you have to leave your room or flat by 10 am.

Booking

Your booking is binding with the written booking confirmation and a deposit of 30% of the total amount booked. We ask for your understanding that we are unfortunately unable to guarantee room numbers.

Pets

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. We ask for your understanding.
